As director of media relations, Janelle manages communications with local, regional, and national media. She also writes for the DeSales website and oversees the University’s two main publications—the ·öÀ϶þÊÓƵ Magazine and The President’s Report. 

Before coming to DeSales, Janelle worked as a broadcast news producer, winning multiple Associated Press awards and a Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy award. She earned a bachelor’s degree in print journalism from Hofstra University and an MBA in management from DeSales. In her free time, Janelle is a part-time EMT with the Macungie Ambulance Corps, and she enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
