Our 4-Year Career Development Checklist serves as your simple roadmap to career development success over your four years of college. It begins with a list of key events, activities, and action items for first-year students.

- Sophomore year: start to consider career options related to your major, find internship opportunities, and work on hard skills like interviewing and resume writing.
- Junior year: continue to gain relevant experience and round out your extracurricular activities, perfect your resume, and become more comfortable with interviews. If you鈥檙e interested in grad school, you鈥檒l start exploring advanced degree opportunities and working on your personal statement.
