Residence Halls

With three first-year student residences and several housing options for upperclassmen, most students choose to live on campus for their entire time at DeSales. The university's vibrant residential life provides a strong support network, lifelong friendships, and experiences that will shape who you are and what you become.

Our Newest Residences
Welcome to The Villages, the newest student housing at DeSales. The third Village, Guerin House, opened in 2017.

First-Year Student Housing

Opened in 2001, Aviat Hall is a modern, two-story student residence with 48 suite-style double rooms that share a bathroom. It is co-ed by wing and is an alcohol-free community. Students living at Aviat Hall enjoy duel laundry facilities, five community lounges, and two dedicated study/meeting rooms.
A coeducational residence hall with a great view of the intramural fields. Conmy is in the center of campus and is an eight-minute walk or less from every major academic building. It offers students suite-style housing with every two double rooms sharing a bathroom.
A coeducational residence hall in the heart of campus – every class is just a short walk away. Tocik provides suite-style housing with every two double rooms sharing a bathroom. Rooms are approximately 18’ x 9’ with built-in closets.

Sophomore and Upperclassman Housing

This upperclassmen residence hall features plenty of communal spaces and a central laundry facility. Double rooms share a bathroom with another room, and men and women occupy separate wings of this three-story facility.
Located "up the hill" next to Connelly Chapel, Chappuis Hall is a multi-purpose building that's home to the President's Office and the DPT program. The second floor provides female underclassmen housing of two-room suites that share a bathroom.
DeChantal is a co-ed upperclassmen residence hall with gender-specific wings, and features two-room suites that share a bathroom. There are lounge/study areas in each wing and in the main lobby.
Located in the center of campus, upperclassmen live in double rooms that share a bathroom with another room. Men and women occupy separate wings. Donahue Hall was constructed with a green mentality, promoting sustainability and conservation.
Perched on the northern hill, each townhome has a first-floor living area, cable television, and laundry. The grounds are complete with charcoal grills, tables, fire-pit, horseshoe pits, and outdoor basketball and volleyball courts.
Finnegan, Guerin, and Harvey Halls each have 22, fully-furnished five-person suites. Each suite features three singles and a double room, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen with dishwasher, wi-fi and cable, in-suite washer and dryer units, and ample closet space.
